By accessing or using the Ember Storm Weave website, or by enrolling in any dojo program or event, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our site or services.

2. Dojo Membership & Programs

Enrollment in any Ember Storm Weave program is confirmed only upon receipt of a written acceptance from a dojo administrator and, where applicable, payment of the applicable program fee. All program fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in writing at the time of enrollment.

Members must comply with dojo etiquette, safety regulations, and instructor instructions at all times. Failure to do so may result in suspension or permanent exclusion without refund.

3. Health & Safety Disclaimer

Martial arts training involves physical contact and carries an inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, you confirm that you are in a suitable state of health to participate and that you accept this risk. Ember Storm Weave is not liable for injuries sustained during training, provided that reasonable safety protocols were followed.

Minors (under 18 years of age) must have written consent from a parent or legal guardian before participating in any training activity.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and training materials — is the property of Ember Storm Weave or its instructors and is protected under applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
